If you do not have a Help Center account there is no way to track your support tickets beyond the emails you receive. If you do have an account, you can actively track your tickets and respond to them directly within the Help Center.
To see all of your tickets, ensure you are logged into your Help Center account. Then, click the "My Activities" link.
You will be brought to the default "My requests" page which will show any support tickets that may be assigned to your account.
If you click on a ticket link, you will be brought to a page that will display the current status, your assigned agent, any attachments that may be associated with the ticket an d a form to reply to a current ticket.
