Create a Help Center account

An account does not need to be created in order to browse the Help Center but additional functionality is gained when one is created.

NOTE: Only official DSU email accounts will be acknowledged.  Please ensure you submit tickets or create accounts using your employee email address.

To create a new account, click the "Sign in" button on the Help Center homepage. 


Then Click the "Sign Up" link on the login page. 



Complete the sign up form and click the "Sign up" button to submit the information.


Follow the final step to verify your email address and you should then be able to login to your new account.
